Today, I just wanted to talk about who.
In previous videos and posts, I have mentioned that this service is created for "you" as a middle schooler. But, you might be like, "you don't even know me." And that is totally true. If you are reading this, the chances that we have already met are slim. The thing is, I want to get to know you. So, when we talk about the Swell being for everyone-we mean it, I mean it.
I know firsthand that middle schoolers often get put into a box where they are all treated the same. And even though I don't know you personally, I do know that you are different, unique, and special. Whether you consider part of a clique or people label you as a jock, nerd, or emo kid-we both know that there is so much more to you than clothes, music preference, and if you play sports or do your homework.
So, I want to invite YOU to be a part of the Swell. Come out to the The Launch Party (happening in June, more details coming soon), introduce yourself, let's chat. I promise that if you show up, you are not going to regret it. This is going to be a place where you can be "you". And we are not, I am not, going to treat you as just a middle schooler but as an individual.
And if you have ideas to reach your friends, your school for Jesus-then I want to hear them. Because the best person to reach out for your friends, is you-and the Swell is here to help you 100%.
