First of all, I wanted to say thanks for checking out the website.
The idea is that it becomes the online presence of the Swell where you and your parents can see what is going on especially during the summer.
Speaking of the summer, it is going to be awesome. I am sure that you have high expectations that involve a lot of sleep, xbox, and more sleep. Those are actually some of my expectations for this summer! I am so excited about the whole, no homework thing. I did summer school once and it was crazy!
Anyways, this summer, the Swell is going to be hosting some events just for middle schoolers!
Some of the ideas that we are tossing around are:
- movie night
- capture the flag
- day at the beach
- spoons tournament
Right now, we plan on having an event EVERY SINGLE WEEK in addiation to our Saturday night service! So, bookmark this site and tell you friends (and your parents, it always helps to keep them in the loop) because it is going to be awesome!
Oh, and if you are worried about dough, money, cash, 'fetti-don't. Most of the events are going to be completely free!
